The Role - Commis Chef
As Commis Chef, you will support the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team in delivering MA/NA’s food offering to the highest standard.
You will assist with preparation and service across kitchen sections, ensuring care, consistency and attention to detail in every dish. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build strong culinary foundations while learning modern techniques in a calm, disciplined kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or relevant kitchen experience in a high-end or quality-driven restaurant
• Passion for high-quality ingredients and refined cuisine
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills within a professional kitchen
• Good organisation and ability to work efficiently during service
• A positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
