We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our friendly team. You will provide professional and business-focused HR support and advice to managers and will be aligned to specific Divisions, working alongside colleagues and the wider HR team.
The role offers the opportunity to develop a broad generalist portfolio of HR experience in a supportive and proactive team environment. You will support and advise on a wide range of issues including sickness absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, change management, and interpretation of policies and terms and conditions of employment.
This role involves flexible working, which could include working from the main office on the Stepping Hill site, community locations, and there is also the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid basis.
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing a focused HR service, ensuring professional, proactive, comprehensive, and effective HR advice and support to line managers within designated business groups throughout the Trust.
2. Ensuring the service provided is consistent within defined quality standards and all relevant policies and procedures, to effectively implement the HR strategy, objectives, and key performance indicators across the organization.
