We are looking for a motivated and organised Trainee. This is an entry level position designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Full training will be provided. You will support the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department learning how to identity, order, receive and supply vehicle parts while delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible After Sales experience. Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
