ACCOUNTANT
Our client is an innovative and well-established Accountancy Practice offering a wide range of accounting services across various areas. They work with high net worth clients, including individuals and businesses. Due to growth and expansion, they are now seeking a part-qualified Accountant to join their team.
We are looking for an individual passionate about accounting who has experience working within an accountancy practice. Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting Client Managers in managing a portfolio of clients
2. Supporting Senior Client Managers and Client Managers with filing deadlines for year-end accounts and corporation tax returns
3. Managing a personal caseload for bookkeeping, VAT, and year-end accounts services
4. Ensuring all documents are returned upon completion of work
5. Supervising and training a team of Client Accountants
6. Maintaining extensive communication with clients
7. Preparing year-end accounts, financial statements, and individual tax computations
8. Preparing management accounts
9. Handling self-assessments and personal tax computations
10. Providing good tax planning and advice
11. Introducing new clients and promoting services to prospective clients
12. Assisting in managing clients' cash flow and tax planning to reduce tax burdens

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus pension, parking, and other benefits.
