The role will involve:
* Assisting in the creation and refinement of new food ideas
* Producing samples for client meetings and internal tastings
* Taking part in kitchen trials and development sessions
* Gaining exposure to the full product development lifecycle
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the development kitchen
About you:
* Professional experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen
* A keen interest in food innovation and emerging trends
* Well-organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Positive attitude with a hands-on, can-do approach
* Strong team player with good communication skills
