As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and deploy production ML models that influence thousands of daily operational decisions across a large multi‑site network.
What you’ll work on
* Scalable ML models for demand forecasting, labour optimisation, and quality‑of‑service insights
* ML predictive systems that drive real‑time operational actions
* MLOps, deployment workflows, monitoring, and model performance tuning
* Cross‑functional collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
What you bring
* Strong foundations in maths, statistics, and applied ML
* Python, SQL, and distributed data tooling (Airflow, Spark, PyTorch)
* Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Lambda) and modern MLOps practices
* Understanding of CI/CD, data quality, and versioning
