My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the final stages of a major commercial new build project in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a high-profile scheme approaching completion, with remaining works including internal fit-out, cladding, and landscaping. Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate a team of Construction Managers, Design Managers, and Commercial Managers Maintain overall control and visibility across the construction programme Act as the main liaison with the client and key project stakeholders Ensure smooth delivery of final phase works to time, cost, and quality targetsProject Manager Requirements: Proven experience in leading commercial construction projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance Background in delivering fit-out and external works packages preferredThis role suits someone confident managing complexity and guiding teams through the final stages of delivery.
