Job Description:
We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we’ve grown over 65 years into a global mobility leader.
Join us, and as the TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress in your career. After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors, many of whom started as graduates in our Management Training Programme.
This program allows you to learn our business from the ground up and understand your role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a comprehensive training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you advance, more opportunities will become available. You can continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years, or explore other areas like Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.
We prioritize diversity and have received recognition such as inclusion in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women, Stonewall’s Top 100 LGBT Employers, Disability Confident Leader, Social Mobility Employer Index, and Race Equality Responsible Business Champion by BITC.
Enterprise remains family-owned; our CEO Chrissy Taylor is the third generation of the Taylor family. This provides stability and long-term vision for our business and employees.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll make business decisions impacting your career and the company’s bottom line. Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining relationships, understanding cost control, reading P&L statements, and delivering excellent customer service.
We will teach you effective communication, influence, sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management. You will learn to market to local businesses, build relationships with decision-makers, and eventually mentor and manage staff. Your development will be rewarded with pay increases and promotion opportunities.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may substitute if applicable.
You must hold a full manual UK driving licence, with accommodations for disabilities if necessary.
No drug or alcohol-related offences on your driving record within the last five years are permitted.
