Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Management
Location: Swindon

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the day‑to‑day operation of a mixed commercial property portfolio
* Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
* Managing rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant matters
* Carrying out property inspections and ensuring full compliance
* Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
* Assisting with asset management initiatives
* Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
* Producing clear, high‑quality reporting
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members as required
What They’re Looking For
* MRICS Qualified (or working toward qualification)
* Experience operating at Senior Surveyor or similar level
* Confident communicator with strong client‑facing skills
* Commercially minded, organised and proactive
* Ambitious individual keen to develop and progress
* Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
* Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
* Full‑time, Monday-Friday
