Global Company seek experienced Customer Service Executive to join busy, professional team, excellent prospects are available for the right person
Responsibilities
* Providing all round administrative and customer service support in Operations Department
* Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with routine client enquiries
* Dealing with orders received from large retailers, Sainsbury’s, Asda etc and Amazon
* Setting up orders received on the computer system uploading and sending all the product details
* Preparing despatch paperwork and working with external Warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
* Tracking orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery to client
