The role will is looking for someone to be able to support existing managers with the operational day to day management of their teams.
Looking for someone with experience within:

* Mental Health
* Older Persons
* Forensics
* Estates
The existing post holder will be working on a strategic level to progress work focusing on work with Carers so its important we have an experienced manager come in to support operationally.
