We’re looking for a Systems Engineer (APIs) to join our team. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex delivery, working across teams, and helping turn ideas into reality, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities
* Translate business requirements into clear delivery specifications for development teams
* Coordinate delivery activity across projects, ensuring plans, milestones and dependencies are understood and managed
* Work with internal teams and external partners to clarify requirements and remove blockers
* Support planning, sequencing and prioritisation across multiple initiatives
* Prepare and maintain delivery documentation including plans, RAID logs and status updates
* Provide clear, regular communication on progress, risks and outcomes
* Support meetings, workshops and governance forums, ensuring actions are captured and followed through
* Coordinate and support testing activity, including planning, defect tracking and business validation
* Support implementation, release readiness and post‑delivery follow‑up
* Ensure delivery aligns with governance, change control, security and audit standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, documentation and ways of working
Qualifications
* Experience in a systems, delivery, technical coordination or similar IT role
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery outputs
* Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, stakeholders and suppliers
* Understanding of delivery governance, testing and controlled implementation practices
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across technical and non‑technical teams
* Experience producing structured documentation such as plans, reports, and tracking logs
* A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with strong ownership and follow‑through
Bonus
* Experience working with APIs, integrations or enterprise systems
* Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
* Experience in retail, wholesale or other complex operational environments
