Role Overview: A well-established Legal 500 ranked firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with over 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their Glasgow office. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing both employers and employees, liaising with solicitors in different offices, and providing expert advice on all areas of Employment Law and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Representing clients in Employment Tribunals and negotiations.
* Liaising with other solicitors across various offices.
* Advising on all aspects of Employment Law and HR.
* Networking and supporting business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum of 4 years PQE in Employment Law.
* Accomplished Tribunal advocate and skilled negotiator.
* Strong networking and business development skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
