Join a leading FMCG brand as a Field Sales Executive. You will take full ownership of your territory, managing your area like your own business while driving sales growth, increasing brand visibility, and delivering strong in‑store execution across independent retail accounts.
Responsibilities
* Manage your territory with full ownership and accountability
* Build strong relationships with independent convenience retailers
* Increase product distribution, visibility, availability and rate of sale
* Negotiate additional space and secure impactful in‑store execution
* Deliver eye‑catching displays, POS and promotional activations
* Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
* Support new product launches and promotional campaigns
* Monitor competitor activity and feed back market insights
* Work towards clear KPIs and commercial sales targets
Qualifications & Personal Traits
* Experience in FMCG or field sales, or a background in retail, convenience, hospitality, brand activation or customer‑facing roles, with a desire to transition into field sales
* Energetic, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

As a Trade Development Manager you will acquire new retail stockists within your defined geographical area and support existing stockists with point‑of‑sale material and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
* Direct market activation execution
* Direct promo execution
* Training and coaching of distributor partner staff
* POS distribution and management
* Acquire new independent retailers to match the defined profile
* Distribute stock lines per outlet to the required mix
* Distribute point‑of‑sale material and merchandising to existing and new outlets
* Support assigned distributor with promotional activity as agreed
* Maintain efficient activity administration and compliance with company policy
* Communicate market information to the distributor
* Complete and submit activity reporting on time
* Record all activities in line with company policy

Skills & Experience
* Sales experience – preferably in FMCG or drinks industry
* Proficient in MS Office, comfortable with Excel and Word
* Valid driving licence
* Ability to work independently and on own initiative
* Business English language skills
