Fractional CTO (2-3 days/week, remote/hybrid)
Provide strategic and hands‑on technical leadership for a fintech / AI / data business. Own architecture, guide product development, and ensure scalable, secure systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Define tech strategy & roadmap
* Lead architecture (cloud, APIs, data/AI pipelines)
* Ensure scalability, security, compliance
* Build, mentor, and structure the engineering & product team
* Manage and oversee partners, vendors, and suppliers
* Oversee data strategy & infrastructure
* Align tech with product and business goals
Requirements
* Former CTO / VP Eng / technical founder
* Experience building and scaling engineering teams
* Experience working with partners, vendors, and suppliers
* Background in fintech, AI/ML, or data platforms
* Track record scaling from MVP to production
* Strong cloud & modern architecture knowledge
* Strategic + hands‑on capability
