Overview
Chef/Head of kitchen Felixstowe. Head of kitchen role-prepping and cooking meals, weekly orders, stocktake at end of month. They produce hot and cold lunches, approx. 110 hot and 50 cold.
Responsibilities
Prepping and cooking meals for hot and cold lunches (approx. 110 hot and 50 cold).
Manage weekly orders and conduct month-end stocktake.
Supervise one Food Service Assistant who prepares cold packed lunches (not a cook).
Requirements
Enhanced DBS check and Food Safety certificate required.
Availability Monday-Friday 7:30–14:00 (32.5 hours per week).
Employment Details
Pay rate: £13.27 per hour.
This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
