We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated leader to join our Trust as Director of Teaching and Learning. This is a pivotal senior role, working closely with the CEO, Headteachers and Trust leaders to ensure every student benefits from consistently high-quality teaching and achieves outcomes aligned with their potential. You will play a central role in shaping and delivering our approach to teaching and learning, fostering a culture of high expectations and supporting school leaders to secure sustained improvement.
About You
* Is a qualified and practising Ofsted Inspector, able to provide strategic leadership to drive school improvement and support key priorities, including Ofsted readiness
* Has the skills to lead the development of high-quality teaching through robust monitoring, evaluation and evidence-informed practice
* Can confidently oversee curriculum quality, ensuring it is broad, balanced, inclusive and innovative
* Will foster collaboration across schools, building networks and sharing best practice
* A high-impact leadership role influencing teaching and learning across our schools
* The opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior leaders as part of our Trust Senior Leadership Team
* Significant influence over strategy, curriculum development and teaching excellence
