We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join our exceptional team at an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school.

* Support students with a range of complex needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored learning and care plans
* Full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate

* Proven experience supporting individuals with complex needs in either children's or adult settings.
* A compassionate, resilient, and proactive approach to care and education
* Transferable skills from health, social care, or special educational needs settings are highly valued.
* Must be available to work full-time immediately
