The Role The essence of the role is to offer an impeccable level of service via telephone support to our new and existing customers. Depending on the type of professional therapist you are, we can offer membership and insurance packages, which give confidence and peace of mind at low cost. Whether you have some or no insurance experience, we are looking for people with an attention to detail, able to take care in the accuracy of the work they do and having the confidence to speak to customers over the telephone, clearly and professionally. The role entails dealing with enquiries both verbally and in writing, recording customer information on computer systems, creating and issuing insurance documentation, taking payments, as well as creating relevant membership details. What you'll do Works with senior members of the team to ensure Team objectives are achieved Participates in team meetings as required Work alongside team members on assigned work and projects Create clear and concise client records and documentation, to a high standard of accuracy Assist in responses to market and third-party queries as appropriate Respond to telephone calls within three rings in a professional manner Take responsibility for data entry, processing of premiums and collection of funds from clients Make outgoing prospecting calls where necessary Work within agreed parameters and uses relevant systems to ensure documentation/communications adhere to company procedure/compliance requirements and provide an adequate audit trail Processes data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support and improve high levels of client service/internal process execution and to facilitate informed analysis Maintains appropriate client files, and oversees the prompt and accurate production of documentation to best meet client, company and regulatory requirements Ensures appropriate due diligence/sanctions checks are conducted in line with company procedures Adhere to company policies and procedures and obtains all authorisation necessary Actively undertake personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of best practice Ongoing growth of knowledge and appreciation for the specific nature of the markets, qualifications and standards the role requires, be that beauty, complementary, holistic or psychological disciplines Undertake all compulsory regulatory training modules in a timely way Who we're looking for A determination and willingness to learn about insurance process and the relevant markets Ability to work well as part of an open and collaborative team Organised with attention to detail Past experience and Insurance knowledge is not essential and training will be provided. However, it would be helpful to have some knowledge of what the role entails Confidence to work with others and provide a supporting role to the team.
