The ideal candidate will run the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhering to AS9100D.
The role is permanent, based at our Rotherham Dynamic Die site S61 1EE. 39 hours per week Monday to Thurday 7 am untill 4 pm. Fridays 7 am untill 12pm with 33 days holiday per year.
Responsibilities
* Manage and evaluate entire production process
* Contribute to production planning and budgeting
* Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain a safe production environment
* Planning and organizing production schedules
* Assessing project and resource requirements
* Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
* Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
* Determining quality control standards
* Overseeing production processes
* Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
* Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials and tooling
* Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
* Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
* Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
* Organizing relevant training sessions.
* Adhere to our Quality management Systems and AS9100D
* Assist with Programming and Modelling
Qualifications
* Experience in CNC machining and programming
* 2+ years of production experience
* Strong organizational and managerial skills
