We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Industrial Services division, offering emission prevention and control benefits through a range of integrated and managed solutions. The purpose of this position is to expand our footprint into new territories and redefine industry standards to deliver enhanced value and unparalleled service efficiency to our valued customers.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Middlesbrough, covering the North East and other locations, including Immingham and surrounding regions. Full training and support will be provided regarding the Industrial Services sector to allow experienced Business Development applicants to be successful in the role.


Key Responsibilities:

* Identify new business opportunities: identifying potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Source and attend industry events to build relationships and promote WSG services.
* Understand client needs, create and deliver compelling value propositions.
* Achieve sales and growth by implementing strategies to attain increased turnover and client contract growth.
* Manage client relationships with both new and existing stakeholders.
* Contribute to new business growth by working closely with operational management to ensure key accounts are managed, developed, and successful.
* Provide effective liaison, support, and assistance between colleagues within Industrial Services and other sectors of the business.
* Identify tendering opportunities, conduct tenders, and secure long-term contracts.
* Lead face-to-face client engagement sessions.
* Conduct detailed site visits to accurately assess project requirements and deliver precise job costings.
* Forecast sales opportunities across multiple sectors.
* Conduct competitor analysis.
