About the Role: Are you an experienced commercial B2B account manager, ideally with a background in agriculture, agrochemicals, or technical sales, ready to drive customer performance, retention, and strategic growth? We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage client relationships, execute sales strategies, and drive market development for a leading contract manufacturer in the agriculture, amenity, and horticulture sectors. You will leverage your excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure contracts and support clients in bringing effective, high-quality liquid formulation products to market. The hybrid role requires field engagement through customer visits and participation in trade shows, with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow relationships, focusing on customer performance and retention
* Implement and execute effective sales strategies and manage contract negotiations
* Conduct customer visits, engage in field activities, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events
* Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the Business Development, production, and R&D teams
* Handle reporting and forecasting duties
* Stay current with technology and trends within the industry
* Provide support and resolution for customer issues
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in B2B Account Management, preferably within agriculture, agrochemicals, or technical sales
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Experience with CRM systems and data-driven account planning
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
Required Skills:
