The Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Exterior Cleaner to join our growing team. The majority of the role will involve external window cleaning from the ground using a modern pole-fed water system, ensuring excellent results without the need for ladders.
Additional duties will include:
* Gutter cleaning and clearing
* Window Cleaning interior and exterior
* Fascia and soffit cleaning
* Occasional conservatory roof and exterior surface cleaning
* Providing excellent customer service and representing the company to a high standard
What We're Looking For:
* Someone reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
* Previous experience in exterior/window cleaning (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
* A positive, friendly attitude and attention to detail
* over 25 with clean driving license for insurance purposes
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence required
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team
* Good communication skills
* Will undertake a DBS check / sometimes required working on care homes or schools
