Job summary
This role will provide administrative support to the Norfolk Community and School Aged Immunisation Service, which offers a variety of immunisations across Norfolk in diverse venues and for all age groups.
The successful candidate will assist in community clinics, school sessions across Norfolk & Waveney, and in the office to support the planning and management of vaccination clinics. Responsibilities also include handling telephone queries and managing clinic bookings from service users.

Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed to improving community health through vaccination support. The role involves administrative tasks supporting the immunisation team in various settings, including schools and office environments. Experience working with different age groups and in healthcare settings is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and good organisational skills are essential. Knowledge of Systmone electronic health records would be beneficial.
A valid driving license and access to a car for work purposes are required unless disabled as per the Equality Act 2010.
