Your role in a nutshell
As part of our team of consultants, you will advise customers and provide insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn about our products, their origins, and engage proactively with customers to find products that suit their preferences and lifestyle.

* Learn and understand our products, many of which are packed with natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programs. We’re not just selling skincare; we’re helping communities build better lives.
* Identify customer needs and recommend from our range of over 2,000 vegetarian/vegan products to enhance their wellbeing.
* Support store management in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service.
