Role & Responsibilities
* Lead projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design and technical excellence throughout
* Manage and coordinate planning and technical stages across multiple projects
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors
* Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
* Prepare and review detailed technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with budgets, programmes and statutory requirements
* Coordinate submissions for planning, building regulations and tender packages
Required Skills & Experience
* ARB registered Architect with significant post-qualification experience
* Strong technical knowledge with proven UK project delivery experience
* Excellent working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience leading projects and managing client relationships
* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
