Key Responsibilities
:
1. Managing a caseload of pre-litigated RTA matters from initial instruction through to settlement
2. Progressing claims via the MOJ and OIC portals efficiently and effectively
3. Maintaining regular contact with clients, insurers, medical agencies, and other third parties
4. Assessing liability and quantum, and negotiating settlements where appropriate
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
6. Meeting and exceeding individual and departmental performance targets
Candidate Requirements:
7. Proven experience managing a caseload of pre-litigation RTA claims
8. Strong knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portal systems
9. Excellent time management, organisational, and negotiation skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Client-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
12. Experience with Proclaim case management system is advantageous but not essential
