Business Development Manager – Aesthetic Devices
An innovative medical aesthetics device company is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its UK team.
This exciting remote field-based role combines training, business development, and marketing support to help aesthetic clinics achieve outstanding results with ultrasound-based skin rejuvenation devices.
You’ll work closely with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and medical professionals to increase treatment adoption, improve patient outcomes, and drive clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training and in-clinic support to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes
* Lead new device onboarding and launch events, boosting clinical confidence and engagement
* Develop tailored clinic marketing plans, offering branded content, social media ideas, and promotional campaigns
* Support patient events, live demonstrations, and in-clinic activations to drive awareness and bookings
* Monitor clinic performance, delivering data-driven business reviews and ROI insights
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty

* Dynamic and commercially minded professional with a consultative approach and a proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships across the aesthetics sector.
* Confident engaging with clinic owners and practitioners, offering credible guidance on patient experience, treatment planning, and long-term business growth.
* Proactive and adaptable, with extensive knowledge of non-invasive technologies, including ultrasound and advanced skin rejuvenation.
* Highly organised, motivated, and comfortable travelling to support premium clinic partners nationwide.
