The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team in a school located in Bradford. This is a full:time position, starting this January. The role is a vital one, supporting a classroom teacher in creating a positive and effective learning environment for all pupils. The successful candidate will be a key player in assisting with lesson delivery, providing one:to:one support to students who need it, and helping to manage classroom behaviour. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about education and committed to helping children reach their full potential.
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people, preferably in a secondary school setting.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Enhanced Child DBS on the updated service (Willingness for one)

Responsibilities:
* Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
* Working with students on a one:to:one basis or in small groups to provide targeted support.
* Assisting with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
* Supervising students during break times and in other school activities.
* Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
* Assisting with the assessment of student progress and providing feedback.
* Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and those with specific learning difficulties.
* Promoting the health, safety, and well:being of all students.
* Attending staff meetings and training sessions as required.
