Staffline is recruiting Class 1 Drivers in Manchester.
Minimum 40 hours per week guaranteed.
The rate of pay starts from £35,000 per annum
- £ per hour basic rate
- Shifts exceeding 10 hours £ per hour
- Nights outpayment £25
- Overtime is available and is paid at time and a quarter.
This is a full time role with various shifts available, the earliest start time is 4am.
Your Time at Work
As a Class 1 Driver your duties include:
- Conducting daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness
- Communicating any issues promptly to the traffic office
- Completing all deliveries and collections as scheduled
- Adhere to all company, customer and legal procedures (including EU tachograph & WTD regulations)
- Keep your vehicle clean, tidy and presentable
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have good communication and time management skills. You will show a commitment to safety and reliability.
A full LGV C+E (Class 1) license, valid Driver CPC (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card
Good communication and time management skills are required.
Experience in a similar role is required.
