We’re working with a boutique, independent financial planning firm based in Central London that is looking to hire a full-time mortgage and financial planning administrator. The business provides high-quality advice across mortgages, pensions, investments and protection, and this is a varied role supporting two mortgage advisers and working one day a week with the wider financial planning team. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their exposure to wealth management, while continuing to develop their knowledge in mortgage administration. The role involves handling the end-to-end mortgage application process, liaising with lenders, solicitors and providers, preparing pipeline reports, and supporting the onboarding of new clients. On the financial planning side, you’ll assist with pension and investment administration, help prepare annual client reviews, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. The firm has a supportive culture and will provide study support for those interested in progressing into paraplanning or advice roles longer term. We’re keen to speak with individuals who have mortgage or IFA admin experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-focused approach. You should be IT-literate, comfortable using CRM systems, and able to manage tasks independently in a fast-moving environment.
