As an RE (Religious Education) Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that explore religions, ethics, and philosophical questions, helping students develop empathy, critical thinking, and an appreciation of diversity. Core Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality RE lessons aligned with the curriculum. Encourage respectful dialogue around beliefs, values, and moral issues. Support students in developing critical thinking and reflective skills. Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support inclusive practice. Requirements: Qualified teacher status (QTS) with relevant experience as an RE Teacher. Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching RE topics. Effective classroom management and clear communication skills. A professional and sensitive approach to teaching and safeguarding. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
