Team Leader - Recruitment, Robert Walters
Hybrid working – 2 days per week in Manchester office.
About The Role
The Team Leader is responsible for leading delivery of the recruitment team in the EMEA Direct Sourcing hub. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, Delivery Director and Client Partners you will lead a high performing team, ensuring they work effectively and provide a best in class service to our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
* Team Management – Coach and develop the team of Recruiters and Associates, encouraging focus on delivery and results along with ensuring processes are well understood and followed.
* Ensuring workload is allocated evenly across the team so there is adequate coverage for holiday and sickness.
* Working alongside operational account teams to drive direct delivery. Keeping them updated regularly with the status of recruitment, provide market insights, understand upcoming recruitment projects and support their requirements.
* Driving recruitment delivery across the team to ensure the operational recruitment always exceeds our defined service levels and quality metrics.
* Working closely with the Talent Pooling Team Leader to ensure that effective talent pools are built in line with upcoming recruitment project.
* Lead by example with the roles you manage directly.
* Supporting your team to ensure high standards are met for compliance and data accuracy.
* Drive an excellent candidate & client experience through frequent and effective communication.
* Act as an ambassador for GlobalSourcing and build strong working relationships with all stakeholders across Robert Walters.
* Conduct weekly governance checks in Avature and Power BI to ensure accurate reporting.
* Provides accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to the Delivery Manager.
* Prepare and present Client Delivery Reviews with Delivery Manager.
* Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislative compliance.
* First point of escalation of HR / recruitment issues.

Operational Tasks
* Ensuring roles are allocated to a Direct Recruiter within agreed SLA (1 hour).
* Allocation of new roles to Direct Recruiters (CC' DR's TL).
* Processing rejected roles to Avature.
* Daily review of Avature and Power BI ensuring all open roles statuses are correct.
* Hold daily team huddles to provide direction, prioritisation and guidance of recruitment strategy to ensure SLA's are achieved.
* Managing any recruitment issues / escalations.
* Managing TM&I access and Job slots allocation on LinkedIn.
* Ensure handover and roles are reallocated to cover sickness and holidays.
* Ensure communication is being conducted to account teams and Hiring Managers (if needed) daily to ensure every party is up to date with any updates/challenges.
Weekly Tasks
* Send out weekly live job reports to the onsite teams – ensuring live jobs and candidate status is correct.
* Facilitate weekly operational update calls with onsite team, covering live roles status, candidate feedback, roles stuck in process and discuss any upcoming recruitment project to Talent pool.
* Conduct a weekly live role reviews with Direct Recruiters to discuss activity – roles filled, cancelled, CVs sent, agency filled postions, SAL's not achieved, sourcing challenges and capacity.
* Ensuring 100% data integrity of Avature / Client ATS systems by conducting governance checks.
* Review of starters & onboarding candidates, ensuring that candidates are being move to "started" or the proposed start date is updated.
* Review of Data Integrity Dashboard (missing ATS ref, Interviews not confirmed, missing start dates, briefing form) roles on hold / roles not closed).
* Review of weekly closed roles ensuring cancelation reason is captured.
* Review of agency filled roles, ensuring the team are adding notes are added to system.
* Review of aging roles in Power BI – review with the team to understand challenges with delivery.
* Review of CV feedback / Interview feedback over 5 days – pick up with DR and onsite time to understand challenges.
Monthly Tasks
* Financial Reporting – provide Delivery Manager with a monthly report of all team starters verified by the onsite team and DR's.
* Conduct 1-1s with Recruiters & Associates to review progress against targets, key metrics and objectives.
* Review team utilisation of sourcing tools and LinkedIn.
* Prepare and present a monthly team performance update to Delivery Manager.
Quarterly Tasks
* Provide Delivery Manger with monthly and quarterly starters report verified by the onsite team and the DR's.
* Prepare and present Client Delivery Reviews together with Delivery Manager.
* Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.
