Core Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
* Align with the Global Alliance Director to drive strategic initiatives, programs and structures.
* Champion collaboratively with all local country leadership teams to develop strong relationships, talent pipelines and best practice integration internally and with the Client representatives.
Operational Excellence
* Lead the delivery and alignment of services including Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, Technical Services, Workplace Experience, Energy and Sustainability and small Facilities Projects.
* Drive excellent outcomes through the development of consistent processes around client communications, work approval processes, work execution and work validation.
Contract & Governance Management
* Ensure contract compliance with local countries and drive improved governance mechanisms.
* Support in aligning contract expectations, developing scopes of work and SOPs for contract activities and comparing performance regionally to identify and close gaps.
* Streamline and establish standardized processes for KPI Reviews, Monthly Reporting, and review cadences ensuring the reports are timely, accurate and up to date.
Financial Oversight
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting activities.
* Responsible for ensuring that all invoice payments are timely and accurate.
Client Relationship Management
* Develop and establish a trusted partner relationship with Facility Site Leads and the Facility / Infrastructure Team Leads to drive measurable improvements in the operations.
* Represent the client’s interests internally and externally.
* Conduct regular strategy and status meetings with client vendor management team.
Team Leadership & Development
* Provide formal supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
* Recruit, retain, and develop top talent. Collaborate with local countries to develop their staff.
* Set work schedules, assign tasks, and promote cross‑training.
Innovation
* Evaluate industry trends, and provide research insights, analysis and actionable items.
Required Experience & Skills
* Extensive experience (Facilities Management, Engineering, Hard Services & Project Management).
* Proven track record in managing multi-country accounts.
* Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with CMMS, smart buildings, BMS systems, and sustainability initiatives.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Data Structures, and Reporting.
