They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant to join their award-winning team.
Job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, supporting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure areas, risk of falls, signs of infections) and escalate identified risks in a timely manner.
* Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
* Practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
About the role
Shift Details: 08:00 - 20:00, includes alternate weekends.
Your focus as a Care Assistant is to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. You will be supported by a thorough induction and training programme to build confidence in your role.

Qualifications
* Experience is not required as Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence in the role.
* The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home, be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions, and be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
