Compensation: Base + Commission
Responsibilities
* Attaining "on-target earnings" as specified in the business plan.
* Tracking new and renewal revenue, client retention rates, and overall performance.
* Managing relationships with new and renewal commercial lines clients.
* Offering risk analysis services, identifying coverage gaps, and advising clients on optimal risk reduction strategies.
Qualifications
* Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset (creative and growth focus).
* Providing an exceptional client service experience.
* Maintaining Murray & MacDonald's cultural standards for its stakeholders (clients, prospects, shareholders, employees, carriers, and community).
* Displaying a proactive, positive, enterprising, constructive, team-centered mindset.
Skills
* Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C and LAH license.
* Proficiency in IT.
* Insurance agency/carrier experience is a plus.
