About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored education to students with a variety of learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and Complex Needs.
Responsibilities Include:
* Creating and delivering lesson plans based on individual student needs and abilities.
* Teaching in line with the P Scales and using adaptive techniques to engage all learners.
* Establishing strong, supportive relationships with pupils to enhance learning outcomes.
* Managing classroom behavior through proactive and inclusive strategies.
* Assisting with personal care tasks where necessary, in a respectful and supportive manner.
Candidate Requirements:
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Must have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship).
* A current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
* Previous UK-based experience working in an SEN setting is required.
* Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
* Able to start immediately and commit to full-time hours.
* Availability from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
