What youll do You will begin with a 2-week induction with the Early Careers team, including a trip to our London HQ. You will then move into your Condor team and receive specific training in Contract Negotiation, Document Review & Legal Technology. About you Were looking for graduates who can bring fresh thinking, teamwork and drive: Degree: Law or Finance (ideally 2:1 or above). Organisation and time management skills Reliable, resilient and eager to learn. An interest in contract negotiation & financial services. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
