Associate - Real Estate - Charity and Not-For-Profit - London, Top 100 Firm AJ Chambers are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to move into a Charity & NFP specific role. Working for a Top 100 law firm who have achieved new and improved rankings across multiple practice areas in 2025, you will be working with one of the leading charity practices, highly rated by both Legal 500 and Chambers. What to expect: The role is for a junior to mid-level Associate to work on a wide range of commercial property matters for charity, not-for-profit and social business clients. This is an opportunity to take on a broad and varied role which will include freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions, portfolio management work, development, support of corporate transactions such as mergers and incorporations, and advising on technical charity property issues. We are looking for: 1-4 years PQE Strong academic record and experience of commercial real estate work in a national or London law firm. Some experience of working with third sector organisations or a strong interest in the sector Experience in advising on Charities Act compliance in property transactions is desirable, but not essential You could be a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with a real and genuine interest to move into the charity sector, with a strong willingness to learn, or, already bring some exposure and experience working within the sector. This is ideal, however not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and award-winning law firm.
