Are you an organised individual with a knack for efficient task management? We're on the lookout for a Temporary Administrator to join our Client in Doncaster. This role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities of the Temporary Administrator:
* Provide administrative support to various projects
* Assist in managing documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices
* Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for team members
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary
* Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
* Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks as needed
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project operations
Requirements of the Temporary Administrator:
* Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
