Receptionist Location: dmg media Headquarters – London Position: Permanent/ Part – Time (Thursday & Fridays) Job Introduction The Part-Time Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk on Thursdays and Fridays, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and enjoys working in a creative environment. Main Responsibilities Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional experience. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries. Maintain a tidy and well-presented reception and meeting room area. Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as needed. Receive and distribute post, packages, and couriers. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Support internal teams with ad-hoc tasks when required. Ensure adherence to visitor security procedures. Person Specification Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (media or creative industries a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment. Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and telephone systems.
