About The Role
As the Digital Services team at ARAG UK continues to expand, we are welcoming a new Business Analyst to come join our high performing team based in central Bristol.
We are seeking a enthusiastic individual who can combine strong technical analytical skills with product ownership expertise. As part of the Solution Delivery team, you will work effectively with the wider business communities to deliver concise business and technical requirements to support end to end delivery.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Scrum Agile Business Analyst with proven product ownership experience. You will be able to interpret business processes, elicit requirements, and manage product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. You will take ownership of defining features that deliver measurable business value, contribute to the company roadmap, and ensure successful iterative delivery with the scrum team.
About You
You will be hands on, proactive, and experienced in delivering multiple concurrent projects with excellent time management skills. A confident communicator, you’ll demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities, alongside the following:
1. Good understanding of Scrum Agile principles and product ownership practices
2. Experience with software development tools (e.g., DevOps, JIRA)
3. Strong analytical and technical ability, with attention to detail
4. Good business acumen, including awareness of internal and external markets, best practice, and strong commercial and financial understanding
