Experience & Qualifications
* A background in speech and language therapy, SEN support, or a related field is preferred, although candidates with a strong interest in language development will also be considered
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and staff in a compassionate and effective manner
* Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to the diverse needs of students
* A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
