Account Director – IT | West Midlands (Hybrid, National Coverage) | £40,000-£50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Join an established UK IT business specialising in data protection, backup, storage management, and ransomware solutions, trusted by clients from small organisations to large multinational corporations.
Working Hours
The role is office-based, Monday to Wednesday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with remote working on Thursday and Friday. Occasionally, client meetings or entertainment may require working outside of these hours, which is typical for a sales role.

5+ years in IT software, cyber, cloud, or infrastructure sales
Proven success in winning new logos
Confidence engaging C-suite, directors, and managers
Commercially savvy – you understand margin, recurring revenue, and deal structure
Comfortable working in a performance-focused environment
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
What You'll Do
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
Find, develop, and close new IT and managed services opportunities across England & Wales
Work with technical and pre-sales experts, backed by a strong delivery capability
