Hours: 34 hours - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 8.15am - 12.15pm and 1pm - 4pm, and Thursday and Friday: 8.15am - 12.15pm and 1pm - 3.30pm
We are looking for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) who can deliver lessons across the primary range (Reception to Year 6) to support PPA, cover when teachers are absent from school, and release time for our teachers/leaders. This role will also include intervention work with small groups.
The ideal candidate will have:
* HLTA qualification (Level 4 or equivalent)
* A 'can do' attitude
* Ability to provide and deliver learning activities to whole classes in Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality interventions
* Commitment to raising standards and meeting the needs of individual children
* Positive, enthusiastic, and a team player
* Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work using their own initiative
* English and mathematics qualifications, at least GCSE Grade C or equivalent
