Our client in Stoke on Trent has a brand new position available for a Receptionist/Administrator to act as the first point of contact for any visitors to the building. You will liaise with visitors face-to-face and also answer phone calls. The Receptionist/Administrator will undertake various administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties for the Receptionist/Administrator will include: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner Respond to emails and answer phone calls to divert to the appropriate person Manage incoming and outgoing post Input information and update records on the system Prepare documents, letters, and reports Schedule appointments and book rooms for meetings Assist with marketing and events administration Requirements for the Receptionist/Administrator role: Must have experience in a Receptionist role within an office environment Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be able to complete an Enhanced DBS certificate Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Salary: £24,500 Per Annum Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
