Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tanker Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of liquid cargo using tanker vehicles. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage deliveries in a timely manner.
ADR qualification is required
Class 1 or Class 2 licence
Day work. Tramping is part of the role.

Duties
1. Operate tanker vehicles to transport liquid cargo to various destinations.
2. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
3. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
4. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities transported and delivery times.
5. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
6. Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling of materials.
7. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Requirements
8. Valid HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) licence
9. ADR Licence (in date)
10. Proven experience as a commercial driver, with tanker experience.
11. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for transporting hazardous materials.
12. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
13. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for timely deliveries.
14. Good communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.
15. Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks as necessary.
