About the Role:
We provide individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead as independent a life as possible. Flexibility is required as shifts include bank holidays, weekends, and possibly sleep-ins.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead support workers to help service users lead fulfilling lives.
* Act as a role model to staff, encouraging understanding of the people supported.
* Engage actively with service users and staff, seeking opportunities to improve lifestyles and skills.
* Implement individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
* Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and others, respecting confidentiality.
* Keep accurate notes and records as required.
* Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience working with complex individuals.
* Level 3 diploma in health and social care required; Level 2 acceptable with willingness to complete Level 3 after probation.
* Positive behaviour training is advantageous.
* Understanding of working with complex needs and challenges.
* Forward-thinking with good communication skills to break down barriers to care.
Personal Characteristics:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care/equivalent is essential; Level 2 with willingness to upgrade.
* Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, or mental health issues.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Confidence to work independently and in a team.
* Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
* Commitment to safeguarding standards.
