Rate of Pay: £29.00 - £36.76 per hour
Summary:
An opportunity for an experienced Service Improvement Lead to support and enhance Waste Services delivery. This is a hands-on role focused on stabilising operations, improving performance, and ensuring efficient day-to-day service delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of day-to-day service operations
* Identify issues and implement immediate improvements
* Support and guide managers, supervisors, and staff
* Develop and improve processes, workflows, and standards
* Monitor performance and provide regular updates
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience improving or turning around underperforming services
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Experience managing teams and service delivery
* Ability to work hands-on within operational environments
