A day in the life of…
As Reception Manager, you will lead the Front Office operation, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. You will handle customer inquiries and bookings promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always aiming to maximize revenue. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment and ongoing development of the front office team, setting departmental objectives and providing regular feedback.
Based at the Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel, you will be part of a passionate team that values quality over clock-watching.
What do we need from you?
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hotel reception experience, preferably with management responsibilities.
